    Japan’s hygiene major Saraya picks up majority stake in Mystair Hygiene

    MUMBAI: To capitalise on hygiene and sanitisation opportunities emerging from the pandemic Japan’s Saraya Co. Ltd acquired a majority stake in Mystair Hygiene Care – a leading hygiene solutions company in India. SMC Capitals & Grant Thornton acted as the exclusive financial advisors for the transaction.
