Add a luxe touch to this festive 'time' with Jaipur Watch Company's ‘Jump Hour Watch’

To add a dash of luxury to the festive season, Jaipur Watch Company has launched a unique timepiece, swapping the hour hand with an 'hour window'.

The ‘Jump Hour Watch’ by the bespoke watch manufacturer comes minus the hour hand, and instead features a disc behind a tiny window on the dial that ‘jumps’ to indicate the hour accurately when the minute hand touches 12 (60 minutes).

Unlike a traditional watch, the timepiece with an enameled blue dial, has one long minutes hand and a sub-dial displaying a tiny seconds hand. The watch's mechanism is based on a modified automatic movement, with a power reserve of 40 hours.

Priced at Rs 50, 000, the watch comes with a steel case, chrome finish, special lugs and a 'quick-release' strap. It is available in two sizes, 46mm for men and a 40mm unisex size.
