Designed by EB Meyrowitz — a bespoke eyewear company in London owned by women — the frames are a key element of Trenowden’s signature style.

“Several years ago, I wanted a pair of glasses that were different and interesting,” she told ETPanache.

“They [EB Meyrowitz] chose these frames for me, and I said, ‘No way. I’ll look like Harry Potter’. But they insisted and now everybody knows me because of my glasses. I get stopped on the street, in restaurants, in airplanes and even on the Tube. So, I was really pleased I took their advice.”
