But these leading personalities are not using the lockdown as an excuse to slack off - instead, they're inspiring their followers to get up and keep moving.
    Here’s how a few top bosses stayed fit during the ‘Janta Curfew’ on Sunday:

    Nitish Mittersain takes to the stairs
    Saxophone enthusiast and entrepreneur Nitish Mittersain used the opportunity to plug in his music and amp up his normal exercise routine. The MD, Nazara Technologies Limited, climbed up 34 floors a few times to stay physically and mentally fit.


    The ‘Josh’ is high
    Royal Enfield APAC Business Head Vimal Sumbly took to twitter to showcase a simple way entrepreneurs and top bosses can stay fit at home. Sumbly used the time away from the office (and his motorcycle) to get a few pushups in.


    Twist It Like Manpreet
    Indian hockey team skipper Manpreet Singh also took to Twitter yesterday to share a glimpse of the drills he’s doing to stay active and primed for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.


    Bend It Like A Tree
    A few days ago, Marico chairman Harsh Mariwala reminded his Twitter followers that physical fitness boosts immunity and that a lockdown was no excuse to not exercise.


    “Yes, the gyms are closed,” he tweeted. “But that's not an excuse for not exercising. Remember, being physically fit is necessary to build your immunity. So, pull up that yoga mat & get started.”
