    Lunch, a signed invite and lots of pride: Debjani Ghosh elated after meeting President Donald Trump

    US President Donald Trump’s maiden visit to India drew interest from all corners of the world. After addressing a packed Motera Stadium, visiting Sabarmati Ashram and the Taj Mahal, POTUS joined Prime Minister Narendra Modi for lunch with India Inc leaders at Hyderabad House in Delhi, on day 2 of his visit.
    The two leaders also issued a joint statement from the iconic building after holding delegation-level talks at the venue.

    Also present at the event was NASSCOM Technology President Debjani Ghosh, who took to Twitter to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the ‘wonderful lunch’. Describing it as a ‘special afternoon’, Ghosh said that she felt proud to represent India’s dynamic IT industry. “Was very proud to represent India's dynamic IT industry which is driving jobs and economic growth in both India and US!”, Ghosh wrote.


    The first woman head of NASSCOM also shared pictures from the lunch on Twitter. In another tweet, Ghosh shared her experience of meeting US President Donald Trump.

    Ghosh said that she does not have pictures yet, but she got the 73-year-old to sign her invite.
