    Chawwla is a voracious reader who says he is trying to read the trends that are sweeping the world right now. Sharing his meditation mantra, he said, "I make it a point to religiously meditate everyday before I sleep, chanting Hari naam."

    Meditation helps the Escrowffrr founder regulate stress and restores calm and inner peace. "It allows me to focus better at work and make the right decisions. Music and meditation create a positive shift in my mental state. I can plan my day better. While meditation brings more clarity, music adds efficiency by decreasing the levels of stress hormones," he ended.
