5Paisa.com boss is a tech freak, says he feels 'incomplete' without an iPhone, OnePlus & AirPods

Smartphones are our new best friend. The relationship is more intense among techies who bond with their gadgets personally as well as professionally. Take the case of Prakarsh Gagdani, CEO, 5Paisa.com. A tech enthusiast, Gagdani feels incomplete without his smartphones and AirPods.

Phone hang-ups
“I am using two phones currently, an iPhone and a OnePlus. So, I am never out of touch,” says Gagdani. While he thinks both the handsets are great, among the two, he likes the latter more. “I am fond of the sleek design, weight and display of the OnePlus,” he says. While the boss of the broking and fintech startup sticks to his smartphone and wireless headphones all the time, one wonders if he can survive a day or two without connectivity and mobile devices. “Given a chance, I would like to be in a place with no connectivity and experience how it feels like. I am sure I will not be able to survive more than a few hours in such a place,” he says.

App-solutely speaking
Speaking about his smartphone dependence, Gagdani admits that he is currently in an “app-exploration phase”. Some utility mobile apps have simplified the way he lives and works. “I use Google Keep for taking notes, jotting down tasks and reminders on the go. I like the simplicity and versatility of the app,” he says. “Also, it offers a variety of note-taking tools like text, images and audio.”

Fit and fun
Once a TV devotee, Gagdani has long moved to digital platforms for entertainment. He loves binge-watching favourite shows and enjoys movies on his handset. “To keep my health in check, I use the Runtastic app and the HealthifyMe app to keep my diet in order,” he says.
