Ananth Narayanan, co-founder of Medlife, had a memorable trip to South Africa with his family earlier this year. Speaking to ETPanache, he said, “I visited two quaint towns called Stellenbosch and Franschhoek in South Africa.
The former is popular for its wineries and farms, and is located a few hours from Cape Town. Franschhoek is situated in the Western Cape region and has centuries-old vineyards and Cape Dutch architecture. There are secluded countryside retreats that abound in both towns.”

Narayanan said he loves to travel, and this trip offered him a great opportunity to spend time with family as well. “I experienced the country’s scenic beauty and tasted some incredible food. One gets outstanding wines in both towns. I had some great experiences at a retreat that offered calm,” he said. And the best part of the whole thing? “I spent a week with the best company: My family,” Narayanan said.
