NEW DELHI: Anand Mahindra's life hit by the coronavirus pandemic, just like the rest of us, represents a picture of a Mahindra Scorpio.

The picture, which showed a picture of the homegrown car chained to a tree, was posted by the Mahindra Group Chairman on Twitter on Friday.

While the 65-year-old business tycoon admitted it wasn't “a high tech locking solution”, he felt proud at the owner's possessiveness about the car.

Mahindra further went on to say that the picture 'perfectly describes' how he felt during the lockdown. And he also wrote that he plans to break that metaphorical shackles this weekend, with his mask on.

With over 8.2 million followers, the billionaire auto boss is an avid Twitter user, and loves sharing funny anecdotes and witty jokes with his fans. He is known for being one of the most interactive India Inc bosses on social media in the country.

During this week, Mahindra has been busy analysing the ongoing US elections. From sharing US President Donald Trump’s astrological charts to drawing comparisons with the Indian Premier League, the top boss has been pretty occupied with America’s confusing electoral process.
