    Gold futures ease on low demand

    In the international market, gold was trading 0.64 percent lower at USD 1,832.30 per ounce in New York.

    Gold prices for December delivery declined by Rs 430, or 0.87 per cent, to Rs 49,050 per 10 gram in a business turnover of 4,841 lots.
    Gold futures fell 0.87 per cent to Rs 49,050 per 10 gram on Tuesday as participants offloaded their holdings on low spot demand.

    On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold prices for December delivery declined by Rs 430, or 0.87 per cent, to Rs 49,050 per 10 gram in a business turnover of 4,841 lots.
