    NEW DELHI: Indian benchmark equity indices may open flat as indicated by SGX Nifty. Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 10 points, or 0.08 per cent, down at 11,944.50. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:

    Bharti Airtel: Bharti Telecom, a promoter of Bharti Airtel, has sought government nod for the infusion of Rs 4,900 crore investment from Singapore-based Singtel and other foreign entities, a move that would make the country's oldest private telecom operator a foreign entity.

    Balmer Lawrie: Diversified PSU Balmer Lawrie will not have any adverse financial impact as the debt-laden Transafe Services Ltd, a group firm, braces for an uncertain future, a company official said.

    Maruti Suzuki: Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) increased its production in November by 4.33 per cent, after having reduced output for nine straight months due to lower demand. The company produced a total of 1,41,834 units in November as against 1,35,946 units in the year-ago month, MSI said in a regulatory filing.

    Vodafone Idea: Telecom operators Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea have removed cap from free outgoing calls on other networks under new plans for pre-paid customers that came into effect from December 3.

    Jaypee Infratech: Lenders of Jaypee Infratech on Saturday decided to put on vote simultaneously the bids of state-owned NBCC Ltd and Suraksha Realty to acquire the bankrupt realty firm, PTI sources said. The voting process will start on December 10 and end on December 16, they added.

    SBI: Nepal SBI Bank, a subsidiary of State Bank of India, has posted a Rs 229.25 crore net profit for 2018-19, registering a growth of 13.29 per cent.

    NTPC: Power generation company NTPC on Saturday said it has signed a term loan agreement for Rs 5,000 crore was signed with State Bank of India (SBI).

    ONGC: BSE-owned India International Exchange (India INX) on Friday said it has listed state-owned ONGC's USD 300 million medium-term note issue on its debt listing platform.

    Bank of India: Bank of India on Friday said it plans to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore by issuing bonds or preference shares in one or more tranches at an appropriate time.

    Bajaj Auto: Bajaj Auto on Friday introduced the Husqvarna premium motorcycle brand in India with the unveil of the all-new Vitpilen 250 and Svartpilen 250 models. Husqvarna is one of the oldest motorcycle brands in the world and has been in continuous production since 1903.
