    NEW DELHI: Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance traded 2.79 per cent up in Tuesday's trade at 09:57 am. Around 36,41,329 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 101.8 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 102.0 and Rs 97.5, respectively, in the session so far.

    ICRA reaffirmed the company's long-term ratings as 'ICRA AA' with a negative outlook and the short-term rating has been reaffirmed as 'ICRA A1+'.

    The company reported net profit after tax of Rs 546.87 crore for the quarter ended 31 December, 2019. For the same quarter, the company has reported Consolidated sales of Rs 3369.16 crore, down 1.47 per cent from last quarter Sales of Rs 3419.54 crore and down 20.48 per cent from last year same quarter Sales of Rs 4236.80 crore.

    Indiabulls Housing Finance key products/revenue segments include interest which contributed Rs 13,538.10 crore to sales value (87.86 per cent of total sales), income from sale of share & securities which contributed Rs 616.78 crore to sales value (4.00 per cent of total sales), income from financial services which contributed Rs 609.13 crore to sales value (3.95 per cent of total sales), dividend which contributed Rs 385.12 crore to sales value (2.49 per cent of total sales), other operating revenue which contributed Rs 162.94 crore to sales value (1.05 per cent of total sales), fees & other charges which contributed Rs 62.64 crore to sales value (0.40 per cent of total sales) and commission which contributed Rs 32.64 crore to sales value (0.21 per cent of total sales)for the year ending 31-mar-2019.

    It quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 1.38 and price to book value of 0.26.
