HDFC Small Cap Fund: Rs 3,000
HDFC Capital Builder Value Fund: Rs 4,000
My investment horizon is 10 years. Is my mutual fund portfolio good?

You have not mentioned your risk profile. Hence, it is difficult to say how good are these schemes for you.
Assuming that you have a moderate risk profile, most of the funds you have chosen are fine. You may consider to stop your SIPs in Aditya Birla Sun Life Frontline Equity Fund and HDFC Top 100 Fund and can invest the entire amount in Nippon India Index Fund.
