Kaul will be based out of the Mumbai office. She brings over two decades of experience to upGrad, having served in HR leadership roles in organisations like UnitedHealth Group and WNS Global Services. In her new role, she will lead the company’s human resource function and her focus will be to drive high-performing inclusive culture and the employee experience journey.
Prior to upGrad, she served over six years at the UnitedHealth Group, a Fortune 500 company as the human capital and talent & leadership development leader, where she led a multi-generational and cross-geo workforce. She has also worked at WNS Global Services, Atos Syntel and Ernst & Young delivering high business impact through transformational and futuristic combinations of people, practice and processes.
