    Zolostays appoints Chanchal Gupta as CHRO

    BENGALURU: Co-living company Zolostays has appointed Chanchal Gupta as its chief human resources officer, said a statement issued today. Gupta will be responsible for the strategic direction of people management, employee engagement, retention, training and development, talent acquisition, organsational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion as well as succession planning for the company.

    “As the largest co-living brand, we will ensure the continuity remains and at the same time work towards creating a well-structured plan to develop and implement a global HR strategy that will cultivate leadership, talent, uniqueness and support the company’s goal of staying an employer of choice,” Gupta said.

    He brings with him 15 years of experience, and has previously led the human resources teams at Amazon, Accenture Services and Citibank Global Services.

    “Chanchal has a strong record and extensive experience in implementing effective processes to improve both employee experiences and business outcomes, which will be a key to driving our continued growth and expansion at Zolo,” said Nikhil Sikri, co-founder.

    The brand currently operates 450+ properties across 10 cities - Bengaluru, Chennai, Kota, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and Hyderabad via two kinds of models - Zolo Standard and Zolo Select.
