ET BureauBENGALURU: Infosys has set up an experience design and innovation studio in Shoreditch, London in a move to co-create and co-innovate business solutions for its clients.
The Bengaluru-headquartered software services company said the facility is powered by Brilliant Basics, the European design thinking firm acquired by Infosys in 2017.
Infosys' Experience Design & Innovation Studio will create opportunities for its clients to ideate, collaborate and innovate together by combining design and the latest technology offerings, including AI, AR/VR, IoT and 5G.
Powered by Brilliant Basics – Infosys’ experience design arm in Europe, aims to bring a design-led mindset and customer-centric focus to clients’ digital transformation agendas, said the company in a press release.
"The studio will hire and scale talent with capabilities in experience design, innovation strategy and customer-centric technologies, and will focus on the development of emerging technologies for use in a wide range of UK businesses, including those in financial services, manufacturing, retail and telecom,'' said Infosys.
The studio, which has a capacity of 250 employees, will provide local start-ups with the opportunity to showcase their products to clients.

Kumar said in addition to enhancing the availability of relevant talent, the company is partnering with universities across the UK, through academic partnerships, to develop digital talent.”.
