    TCS appoints Hiromichi Kakihara as CEO and President of Japan operations

    TCS Japan, which is a joint venture with Mitsubishi, has now completed five years and is one of the fastest growing it services firms in Japan, the Indian company said.
    Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest IT services company, appointed Hiromichi Kakihara as President and CEO of its Japanese operations, replacing AS Lakshminarayanan who is taking over as head of Tata Communications.
    Kakihara will take over at the end of September, TCS said. Kakihara was a founding member and executive Vice President of TCS Japan.
