Meet Radha Krishna Choudhary, fondly known as Nanaji, who started his business in the pandemic with his wife after receiving praise for the homemade oil he prepared for his daughter to fight hair fall.
And now, at the age of 85, the businessman bought his first car after his start-up took off.
Nanaji, who always had an interest in Ayurveda, started his business called Avimee Herbal almost six months ago in December 2021, after his daughter started facing hair fall.
The 85-year-old, who retired 10 years ago, moved in with his daughter along with his wife. When his daughter complained to him about her hair fall, Nanaji made his own oil.
It took three months for the oil to be ready and Nanaji first tested it on himself. He then noticed his hair starting to grow back. The oil was then used by his family members and friends, who absolutely loved it. Then Nanaji's grandchildren helped him spread the word on social media, and soon his story became viral on the Internet.
Nanaji's wife, who supported and helped him through the process, became his business partner. While there was an outpour of love and support from all corners, there were also some naysayers who criticised and called the businessman's oil a "scam".
But Choudhary did not let anything blur out his 'vision and mission'.
So when he bought his first car, Nanaji took to the official Instagram handle of his brand to share the good news with his supporters and customers.
Talking about overnight success, Nanaji said "There is no replacement for hard work. It took me 25 years to become an overnight success.

Among many buyers who can't stop raving about the product is Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira, who also expressed her opinion on the oil after using it.
