No one can escape the Indian roti! The world's richest man, Bill Gates, recently got his hands dirty as he wore the chef's hat to make some delicious rotis, which he later binged on with some desi ghee.

In a new video which was shared by Eitan Bernath, chef and entertainer, we see the Microsoft co-founder making homemade roti from scratch. In the short clip which has now gone viral on the Internet, we see the two having a blast as the chef talks about his experience while being on a trip to Bihar, India where he learnt the secret of making yummy rotis.

"Bill Gates and I had a blast making Indian Roti together," Bernath wrote alongside the video which now has over 62.9K views on Twitter.

The influencer then went on to talk about his India trip where he met wheat farmers and women from 'Didi Ki Rasoi'.
"I just got back from Bihar, India where I met wheat farmers whose yields have been increased thanks to new early sowing technologies and women from "Didi Ki Rasoi" canteens who shared their expertise in making Roti," he added.

In the video, we see Gates stirring the dough for the roti as Bernath asks the billionaire:"When is the last time you think you cooked?"

"Well, if heating up soup counts, I do that regularly," Microsoft's co-founder replies. “If you start with ingredients like this, it's been a long time!” Gates adds.

While the 67-year-old philanthropist and author may be excellent and exceptional at many great things, making round roti isn’t one of them.

As Bernath reveals the secret to making a perfect round roti is forming a “circle”, we see Gates struggling to roll the roti in a circle.

"Not getting too circular," Gates observes.

Meanwhile, in February last year, Gates had praised India for the development, manufacturing and distribution of Covid-19 vaccines and termed the country's vaccine coverage as "very impressive".
