    WhatsAppAgencies
The social media tool recently rolled out an In-chat polls feature that allows users to run a poll on groups or individual chats.
WhatsApp has introduced new features focused on digital collaboration. The following are the top five that the Meta-owned instant messaging platform has put out in recent months.

Communities: Brings groups together under one umbrella
WhatsApp Communities, a different take on Groups, provides users with more structure and organisation to conversations among groups, allowing people to focus on what’s important.

Each Community on WhatsApp will have a name and description. Users can club multiple groups under one community of the same interest. For instance, a high-rise society can have one community with groups for different towers or buildings. The same community can have other groups like ‘pet parents’, badminton players, etc.

Steps: Open WhatsApp ? Tap on Communities icon (three-person logo) ? Start Community.

    In-chat polls: Makes decision-making easier
The social media tool recently rolled out an In-chat polls feature that allows users to run a poll on groups or individual chats. Users can create a poll with a question and up to 12 options and post it in a group. WhatsApp will update the polls when someone responds to it. The polls are end-to-end encrypted just like messages and calls.

Steps: Open any chat window ? Attachment icon ? Polls -- Enter questions and options

Message Yourself: Helps post notes, reminders and more
Message Yourself is a 1:1 chat with yourself and it let users send notes, reminders and updates as needed. Users can use the feature to share to-dos, shopping lists, important dates, voice notes, photos, videos and more.

Steps: Open WhatsApp ? New chat ? Tap on your own contact card ? Start messaging

Bigger group size: Supports up to 1,024 members in a group
WhatsApp has doubled the group size from 512 members per group to 1,024 members. The extended group size is also applicable for groups that are added to Communities.

Steps: Create a new group ? Select contacts (up to 1,024).

Video calls: Up to 32 people can now join in
Another improvement is support for up to 32 people on a video call. The feature is gradually rolling out to all users on both Android and iOS devices.
