Chef Neeraj Tyagi, Director of Culinary at Pullman & Novotel, New Delhi, Aerocity shares a recipe of Spice Golden Latte that will quench your thirst for a wholesome drink this season.
Ginger, peeled – 7 gm Black pepper crushed Honey - 2 teaspoon Almond milk - 1 ½ cups Water – ½ cup Green cardamom - ¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon Vanilla essence - 1-2 drops Salt, a pinch

Wholesome Spice Golden Latte is the perfect summer drink.
Method: - Add the milk, water, honey, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla and salt to a blender - Process until completely smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to catch any shreds from the ginger and extra spices. Do this twice so it's extra smooth - Taste and adjust spices or sweeteness (if needed). If you didn't weigh the turmeric, you may need to add more to reach the bright yellow colour. Add to taste - Pour the mixture into a small pot over medium-low heat and simmer gently for a few minutes - Do not thicken or boil it, just heat it through. Whip for a final texture and serve
