Agumbe is a hamlet situated in Shimoga district of Karnataka, which boasts of mountains and valleys filled with cascading waterfalls creating a lush green canvas.

As one of the highest peaks of Western Ghats, Agumbe offers glorious sunset views. In fact, a gallery has been constructed at the edge of ghat for the purpose of viewing the sunset.
