"To ensure adherence to COVID-19 protocols, face mask will be provided to all candidates at the centre. Staggered time slots during entry and exit, contactless registration, proper sanitisation, seating with social distancing etc. will also be ensured," the newly appointed Pradhan tweeted.

Applications for the exam will be available on the National Testing Agency's website, he added.
The Centre has also decided to increase the number of cities the exam will be conducted in, with the number now up to 198 from 155. Pradhan tweeted that this decision was to ensure social distancing protocols would be adhered to. In addition to that, the number of centres are also set to increase from last year.
