'Andor’ Season 4: Release date, OTT platform, time & more

The star war series seems to have thrown its viewers into the story of Cassian Andor (Diego Luna), with Andor recently dropping its three-episode premiere on Disney+.

For the overall Star Wars canon and the show as well, episode 3 of end of Andor has unfolded some pivotal development with the lead character being drawn into the Rebel Alliance.

How Cassian joined the Rebel Alliance revealed: Spoilers ahead

The first three episodes reveal how Cassian Andor of Rogue One is pulled into the Rebel Alliance. And it seems that his wounding up doesn’t have to do anything with a deep-rooted hatred for the Empire.

In fact, it’s out of a mistake that Cassian became a Rebel spy. When he was looking for details related to his lost sister, some Pre-Mor authority members approached him, a corporate agency that is committed to maintaining the laws of the Empire in the galaxy’s Free Trade sector.
The members try to bully him over the curfew imposed over the town, but Cassian assaults them by tricking them into checking his pockets for money. In the process, one gets accidentally killed, and Cassian has to kill the other one lest the survivor recognizes him later.

After that, Cassian tries to escape from his home planet, which seems a tough task to do, but he has an NS-9 unit that would yield enough money for him to go into hiding upon selling.

It’s revealed that Luthen Rael of Stellan Skarsgard is a member of the Rebel Alliance and wants Cassian to be part of it. And Cassian has hardly any option but to follow Luthen. So ahead of the 4th Episode, Cassian is pulled into the rebellion.

Every Wednesday, a new episode of Andor will be released on the streaming platform. So Episode 4 will be released on September 28 around 3:00 a.m ET/ 12:00 a.m. PT.
