    Actor-director Rishab Shetty has caught everyone’s eye after his movie, 'Kantara', became a box-office hit. Not only has the audience been enjoying Shetty’s performance but also it has caught the attention of Bollywood star Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

    Nawazuddin Siddiqui in an Interview admitted that he has a sense of jealousy and said, “Because he [Rishab Shetty] is doing such good work. It is not that kind of jealousy but it makes you stand on your toes even though I have to work hard.”

    Shetty was quick to respond to the actor’s comments and said that he has watched many movies of Siddiqui and has watched his hard work and efforts. “He is like us, we are middle-class people with no background but we want to come into the industry and make it big. He is a very big inspiration,” Shetty added.

    He further went on calling Siddiqui his inspiration. “He has come from theatre and done so many small roles. Even we have done such small roles in Kannada cinema before we got our big break,” Shetty said.

    Siddiqui also went on to say that he is open to work with Shetty, if and when an opportunity comes on. Meanwhile, Siddiqui will be next seen starring in Akshat Ajay Sharma's 'Haddi', which is slated to hit theatres in the coming year.

    Kantara continues to rule the box-office with the movie already collecting Rs 450 crores till date and has an IMDB rating of 9.3 out of 10.
